Type specimen: MV1 5371. Its type locality is MV 7106, Supercrop Quarry, Bear Gulch, which is in an Arnsbergian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Heath Formation of Montana.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at MV 7106, Supercrop Quarry, Bear Gulch
