Sister taxon: Vanganardia koczrkeviczi
Type specimen: BPI 1120/14, a valve. Its type locality is Sudoverf' Village, Cyrolexis ussuricum beds, Primorye, which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Chandalaz Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-grazer
