Type specimen: IPFUB Gui Croc 1, a partial skeleton (an articulated partial skeleton, including a nearly complete dorso-ventrally ¯attened skull with major portions of the lower jaw; four cervical vertebrae, six t). Its type locality is Guimarota, which is in a Kimmeridgian lagoonal coal in the Alcobaça Formation of Portugal.
Ecology: carnivore
Distribution: found only at Guimarota
