Type specimen: Lee coll 106, an exoskeleton (body broken across elytra). Its type locality is Green River (Lee Collection), which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large diatomite/shale in the Green River Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Green River (Lee Collection)
