Type specimen: Packard 107, an exoskeleton (missing abdomen). Its type locality is Green River (Packard Collection), which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large diatomite/shale in the Green River Formation of Wyoming.

Distribution: found only at Green River (Packard Collection)
