Type specimen: Packard 136, a set of appendages (part of tegmen & 2 hind legs). Its type locality is Green River (Packard Collection), which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large diatomite/shale in the Green River Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Green River (Packard Collection)
