Type specimen: PSS MAE 140, a maxilla (partial right maxilla preserving the last molariforms and fragments of the two preceding molariforms). Its type locality is Oshih, northern slopes of Arts Bogd, which is in a Valanginian/Neocomian terrestrial sandstone in the Oshih Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore

Distribution: found only at Oshih, northern slopes of Arts Bogd
