Sister taxon: Gurvansaurus potissimus
Type specimen: PIN 4487.3, a mandible (right dentary). Its type locality is Khulsan (PIN coll. 4487) [SMPE], which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Khulsan (PIN coll. 4487) [SMPE]
