Type specimen: IG-CAGS-08-07, a skull (Nearly complete skull with anterior cervical vertebrae and part of lower limb). Its type locality is Jingangshan, Yixian (IVPP), which is in a Barremian/Aptian lacustrine shale in the Yixian Formation of China.
Ecology: volant piscivore
Distribution: found only at Jingangshan, Yixian (IVPP)
