Type specimen: TMP 98.49.02, a set of postcrania (Pectoral girdle, humeris and vertebrae). Its type locality is Syncrude Base Mine, West side, which is in an Albian transition zone/lower shoreface sandstone in the Clearwater Formation of Canada.
Ecology: aquatic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Syncrude Base Mine, West side
