Type specimen: QMF 14470A/B, a skeleton. Its type locality is Clinker Hill, Blackwater coal mine (Leu coll.), which is in a Changhsingian lacustrine shale in the Rangal Coal Measures Formation of Australia.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Clinker Hill, Blackwater coal mine (Leu coll.)
