Type specimen: GP/2T-205, a tooth. Its type locality is Rio Cabeça, Santa Maria Homestead, which is in an Artinskian lacustrine sandstone in the Irati Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Rio Cabeça, Santa Maria Homestead
