Type specimen: Xiangtan Mining Inst XKG-F9101, a set of teeth (part of tooth row, with ten teeth fragments). Its type locality is Xiandong, Lianyuan County, which is in a Kungurian marine limestone/shale in the Qixia Formation of China.
