Type specimen: IVPP V10030, a partial skeleton (incomplete skeleton with disarticulated skull elements and mandible, vertebral column (15 dorsals + 2 sacrals + 2.5 caudals), nearly complete pelvis, and a righ). Its type locality is SCDP surface collections, Bayan Mandahu/near Bayan Mandahu, which is in a Campanian eolian sandstone/mudstone in the Djadokhta Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore

Distribution: found only at SCDP surface collections, Bayan Mandahu/near Bayan Mandahu
