Type specimen: NHMM PE 2000/44a+b, a wing. Its type locality is Eckfeld Maar (NHMN 2000 collection), which is in a MP 13 crater lake siltstone/shale in the Eifel Formation of Germany.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Eckfeld Maar (NHMN 2000 collection)
