Sister taxa: Eudaemonema bohachae, Eudaemonema cuspidata

Type specimen: UALVP 46418, a mandible (incomplete left dentary with p2 talonid, p3-p4, m1-m2, and m3 trigonid). Its type locality is Gao Mine, which is in a Tiffanian terrestrial siltstone in the Paskapoo Formation of Canada.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore

Distribution:

• Paleocene of Canada (3: Alberta collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
