Type specimen: WM 245/96a and WM 245/96b, a partial skeleton (part and counterpart of the anterior two-thirds of a skeleton). Its type locality is Mahenge, which is in a Lutetian crater lake mudstone/shale in Tanzania.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Mahenge
