Type specimen: UNSM 11675, a mandible (right ramus with P4-M2). Its type locality is North Branch of Cottonwood Creek, which is in a Hemingfordian terrestrial horizon in the Runningwater Formation of Nebraska.

Ecology: semifossorial insectivore-carnivore

Distribution: found only at North Branch of Cottonwood Creek
