Type specimen: Univ. Jordan, Dept. Geol. Coll. VF-1, a set of vertebrae (Cervical vertebra). Its type locality is Ruseifa phosphate mine, which is in a Maastrichtian shallow subtidal phosphorite/limestone in the Phosphorite Unit Formation of Jordan.

Ecology: volant piscivore

Distribution: found only at Ruseifa phosphate mine
