Type specimen: UCMP 38194, a test. Its type locality is Butte Creek [Abiqua Mbr, Scotts Mills Fm], which is in a Chattian shallow subtidal limestone in the Scotts Mills Formation of Oregon.
Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal omnivore
Distribution: found only at Butte Creek [Abiqua Mbr, Scotts Mills Fm]
