Type specimen: Its type locality is Right bank of Rio Gramame (Sphenodiscus zone), which is in a Maastrichtian/Maastrichtian carbonate limestone in the Gramame Formation of Brazil
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Right bank of Rio Gramame (Sphenodiscus zone)
