Type specimen: PVSJ 874, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Valle Pintado, Ischigualasto, which is in a Carnian floodplain sandstone/conglomerate in the Ischigualasto Formation of Argentina.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Valle Pintado, Ischigualasto
