Type specimen: YPM 2059, a footprint. Its type locality is Lily Pond Quarry, Gill, which is in a Hettangian fluvial-lacustrine siltstone/sandstone in the Turners Falls Formation of Massachusetts.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Maphutseng I tracksite (zone A/2)
