Type specimen: CNHM UR1, a shell. Its type locality is The Pyramids, 1 mile north, which is in a Coniacian/Santonian carbonate limestone in the Niobrara Formation of Kansas.
Ecology: aquatic omnivore
Distribution: found only at The Pyramids, 1 mile north
