Type specimen: USNM 127666. Its type locality is USGS 14444, Marble Canyon, Sierra Diablo, which is in a Kungurian slope limestone in the Bone Spring Formation of Texas.

Distribution:

• Permian of United States (15: New Mexico, Texas collections)

Total: 15 collections each including a single occurrence
