Type specimen: D2K 035, a partial skeleton (some vertebrae, pygostyle, partial scapula, humerus, and femur). Its type locality is AGr-4, which is in a Campanian/Campanian deep subtidal shelf carbonate in the Mooreville Chalk Formation of Alabama.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at AGr-4
