Type specimen: FMNH (CNHM) UR 835, a set of postcrania (left side of the pelvis, left femur, and partial sacral rib). Its type locality is KF-1, Omega Quarry (Chickasha Formation), which is in a Roadian/Wordian channel sandstone/conglomerate in the Chickasha Formation of Oklahoma.
