Type specimen: CEPUNL SV 1-29, a tooth (M2 sup. dext.). Its type locality is Silveirinha clay pit, which is in an Eocene crevasse splay conglomerate/siliciclastic in the Silveirinha Formation of Portugal.
Ecology: arboreal omnivore
