- Dibothrosuchus elaphros: FMNH CUP 2081, a partial skeleton (partial skull and skeleton). Its type locality is Tati, Lufeng (CUP), which is in a Sinemurian terrestrial horizon in the Lufeng Formation of China.
- Dibothrosuchus xingsuensis: IVPP V 7907, a partial skeleton (Complete skull and partial postcranium). Its type locality is 150 m NW Dawa school, which is in a Sinemurian terrestrial horizon in the Lufeng Formation of China.
