  • Ontocetus emmonsi: USNM 329064, a tooth (tusk). Its type locality is Murfreesboro, which is in a Zanclean shallow subtidal sandstone in the Yorktown Formation of North Carolina.
  • Alachtherium africanum: AaO-30392.
  • Alachtherium antverpiensis: IRSNB M.169, a partial skull. Its type locality is Heyst, which is in a Calabrian marine horizon in Belgium.
  • Alachtherium antwerpiensis: IRSNB M.404. Its type locality is Steenborgerweert, which is in a Pliocene coastal sandstone in Belgium.
  • Alachtherium cretsii: IRSNB M.168. Its type locality is Anvers, Lillo Formation, which is in a Piacenzian offshore sandstone in the Lillo Formation of Belgium.
  • Prorosmarus alleni: USNM 9343. Its type locality is Yorktown, which is in a Zanclean/Piacenzian marine horizon in the Yorktown Formation of Virginia.
  • Trichecodon huxleyi: NHM 46000. Its type locality is Felixstow, which is in a Gelasian foreshore horizon in the Red Crag Formation of the United Kingdom.
