Type specimen: MNHN PPI 147, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Cerro la Bruja, which is in a Miocene offshore shelf siltstone in the Pisco Formation of Peru.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution:

• Miocene to Pliocene of Chile (1 collection)

• Miocene of Peru (1)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
