Type specimen: Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris, Holotype MNHN R 11573. Its type locality is Asteroidea, N'Golome Marl Fm, Pambala, which is in a Coniacian offshore marl in the N'Golome marl Formation of Angola.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution: found only at Asteroidea, N'Golome Marl Fm, Pambala
