Belongs to Fallomus according to L. Marivaux et al. 2004

Sister taxa: Fallomus ginsburgi, Fallomus quraishyi, Fallomus razae

Type specimen: WINF/A 1706, a tooth (right m2). Its type locality is 3.5 km ESE of Kargil township (K/7b horizon), which is in an Oligocene fluvial-lacustrine mudstone in the Kargil Formation of India.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution:

• Oligocene of India (2 collections), Thailand (1)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
