The “Trieste aigialosaur”. Holotype: MCSNT 11430 (originally 9961), 11431, and 11432 constitute a single specimen in three pieces. The slab MCSNT 11430 contains most of the articulated postcranial remains. The slab MCSNT 11431 contains cervical vertebrae, fragments of the lower jaw, and the quadrate bone. Some caudal vertebrae and remains of the surangularprearticular complex, and the splenial and coronoid, are on a slab MCSNT 11432
