Where: Western Australia, Australia (31.0° S, 126.1° E: paleocoordinates 51.6° S, 115.6° E)
• coordinate based on nearby landmark
• outcrop-level geographic resolution
When: Wilson Bluff Formation, Late/Upper Eocene (37.2 - 33.9 Ma)
• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From Wilson Bluff or Toolinna Limestones, which overlies the Madura Fm (Early Cretaceous) and is overlain unconformably by the Abrakurrie Limestone (Early Miocene). The Toolinna Limestone interfingers the Wilson Bluff Limestone. THICKNESS: From exposed unit with formation of about ~160-180 ft. AGE: latest Middle-Late Eocene according to Lowry (1970). Bartonian-Priabonian according to Beu and Darragh (2001). STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From unknown part of formation.
• group of beds-level stratigraphic resolution
Environment/lithology: open shallow subtidal; lithified, shelly/skeletal, calcareous sandstone
Size class: macrofossils
