Environment/lithology: terrestrial; fine-grained, quartzose, sandy limestone and calcareous sandstone

• "calcareous sandstone to siliceous limestone at times with stray feldspar fragment, quartz and chert." "The eggs occur in the limestone which overlies a prolific dinosaur bone bearing sandstone. In the upper part, the limestone is streaky and contains a greater percentage of sub-angular to angular clasts of quartz grains."
