When: Lago Colhué Huapi Formation (Chubut Group), Maastrichtian (72.1 - 66.0 Ma)

• "dinosaur layer" below the "upper marine Senonian", possibly Laguna Palacios Fm (ref 16547). Originally described as "...sediments that represent the Piso Pehuenche of the Guaranitic Formation." - this is an old (Ameghino) term for Upper Cretaceous layers.

•Maastrichtian part of the Lago Colhué Huapi Formation according to Ibiricu et al. (2020)
