When: Tropaeum bowerbanki ammonoid zone, Atherfield Clay Formation (Lower Greensand Group), Early/Lower Aptian (125.5 - 122.5 Ma)

• "near the bottom of the lower greensand" - probably therefore the Atherfield Clay Formation. Charig (1967) notes "bowerbanki Zone"

• bed-level stratigraphic resolution
