When: Greir Bu Hascisc Formation, Late/Upper Oligocene (28.4 - 23.0 Ma)
• The Greir Bu Hascisc Formation is alternations of limestones, dolomites, chalks, and chalky marls with intercalations of foram coquina and clay beds. The basal beds are hard, cheryu and dolomitic limestones.. The upper part contains white coquinoid dolomitic limestyones. The formation is 70-75 m (230-246 ft) thick in the eastern part.
