When: Elmore Formation (Bracklesham Group), Lutetian (47.8 - 41.3 Ma)

• authors are erecting this as a new formation, within the Huntingbridge division, Bracklesham Group. They equate it with the Selsley division, so I'm calling it Lutetian. The sequence is 9.05 m thick and is overlain by Pleistocene and Recent deposits.
