When: Dicynodon zone, Beaufort Group, Changhsingian (254.2 - 252.2 Ma)

• "Lower Beaufort Group" - Teekloof/Balfour fm.?

Environment/lithology: terrestrial; lithified, green, blue, silty mudstone and lithified, graded siliciclastic

• bluegreen to green, ripple cross-laminated, silty mudstone with a mudstone veneer on the upper surface; and also from an interbedded mudstone/siltstone/fine-grained sandstone sequence
