• There are several slabs in the collections of the NHM from the lower Hettangian, Planorbis Zone, of Pinhay Bay that most probably come from the same bedding plane. These contain numerous small individuals all with their complement of spines and in a very similar state of preservation as the syntypes. These therefore are treated as topotypes.
