When: Polygnathoides siluricus conodont zone, Beech River Member (Brownsport Formation), Ludfordian (425.6 - 423.0 Ma)

• Given as Niagaran; however, given later papers, this locality should be Beech River member of the Brownsport.

Environment/lithology: argillaceous wackestone and calcareous shale

• The basal Beech River Member comprises green-gray to brown calcareous shales and argillaceous skeletal wackestone that may grade upward in some sections into an echinoderm packstone to grainstone facies assigned to the Bob Member.
