Mossano village, Orthophragminid packstone facies (Eocene of Italy)

Where: Italy (45.4° N, 11.5° E: paleocoordinates 41.5° N, 9.6° E)

• coordinate estimated from map

• outcrop-level geographic resolution

When: Priabonian (38.0 - 33.9 Ma)

Environment/lithology: shallow subtidal; packstone

• Densely-packed, well-sorted orthophragminid tests, nummulitids, and small
