• 40 feet below the Tullock Formation. The stratigraphic level is said to be 'about the same as Bug Creek Anthills'

"Purgatorius ceratops" type: only a single tooth; Johnston and Fox 1984, Fox 1990, and Buckley 1997 all question this record on the grounds that it is probably a contaminant in the screenwash sample; Van Valen 1994 disagrees
