Where: Arizona (35.2° N, 111.7° W: paleocoordinates 9.2° N, 36.6° W)
• coordinate based on nearby landmark
• outcrop-level geographic resolution
When: Harrisburg Member (Kaibab Formation), Roadian (272.3 - 268.8 Ma)
• Lower Harrisburg Member
• group of beds-level stratigraphic resolution
Environment/lithology: lagoonal or restricted shallow subtidal; lithified limestone
Size class: microfossils
Collection methods: chemical, mechanical, sieve
• The materials for this study were mostly collected from the loosely consolidated sandy limestones, processed in a weak acetic acid solution and screen-washed through graded screens. Sediment residues were then picked under a binocular microscope. Larger specimens from large limestone blocks were prepared mechanically. Repository: Museum of Northern Arizona (MNA).
