• "In 1989, a Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology field crew collected the counterpart slab of TMP 89.127.3 from Lower Triassic deposits of the Sulphur Mountain Formation (Lower–Middle Triassic) of the Wapiti Lake region of east-central British Columbia, Canada...The part slab, preserving the complimentary mirror image of the counterpart, but also the majority of the skull in both lateral and dorsal views, was collected during the 1995 field season"
