Vonhuenia friedrichi
Taxonomy
Vonhuenia friedrichi was named by Sennikov (1992). Its type specimen is PIN 1025/11, a set of vertebrae (Posterior cervical vertebra), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Spasskoye settlement (Vokhma Formation), PIN 1025, which is in an Induan terrestrial horizon in the Vokhminskaya Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Vonhuenia.
