Type specimen: Its type locality is Collection 41170 [Grassy Spring Mbr, Pioche Shale], which is in a Delamaran marine packstone in the Pioche Shale Formation of Nevada
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Collection 41170 [Grassy Spring Mbr, Pioche Shale]
