Type specimen: FSL 285 002, a set of vertebrae (a single trunk vertebra). Its type locality is La Grive M, which is in a MN 7 + 8 fissure fill /limestone in France.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution:

• Miocene of France (5 collections), Germany (1), Hungary (1)

Total: 7 collections each including a single occurrence
